Present Moment, Wonderful Moment

Click on over to the Wasa blog for my latest posting: Bringing Yoga into the World.

It's about the mantra present moment, wonderful moment.

You're still here, aren't you?

Cool. Why not use it outside of yoga. It's all about being stress-free, right? (I'm too lazy to go look up my password for your WASA (up?) blog.) :)

Makes me want to take up yoga - especially the lying on the mat quiet part of it! ;)

PS - caught up on your last few posts and I'll be praying for you as your procedure comes up. I'll be praying for peace and good results. Take care!

Jenny I love this mantra and I loved your piece.

(Wasa still isn't letting me post comments over there).

We did our woo-woo thing again. I posted about a "moment" and then came here and found you were "momenting" all over the place.

Love.

This makes me think of the last yoga class I took...where my pants spilt down the back and no one told me, and my "present moment" was hanging out there for all to see...

Since then, I say... Covered moment, wonderful moment :)

Hee hee, sorry to hear about the pants. Yeah, it's pretty easy to have a present wonderful moment when one is eating, looking at books, or sleeping. I haven't yet quite figured out how to do it for those un-pleasant moments!

P.S. I harbor a secret fear that my own yoga pants are going to tear one day.

I almost cried when classes ended today. I find mid-day classes so relaxing, and I love that you then get to go back out and take on the world with a whole new outlook!
