Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to my mom. She made me this quilt.

She collected my t-shirts as I was growing up. She's working on two more for my brothers.

Isn't she creative? I love the borders as much as the shirts.

Thanks Mom!

Wicked cool! I've always been envious of the quilters - a craft that is both beautiful and practical!

LOVE your mom!

Love to you this Mother's Day Jenny. You are a mom too. Once you love them, you are a mom. No matter the time length you carry them.

This is soooo cool. I have been trying to find someone to do this with my girls shirts. They have been in so many plays and singing shows, I have boxes of t-shirts I am saving. I always thought this would be a great way to use them. Plus, some other clubs and school activities they were in. I am not crafty at all, but I am hoping to find someone to hire. There is a teacher I work with, who does a great job. I am pretty sure I can convince her, once school is out. Yours is so beautiful,

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love your quilt. My mom's into quilting too, but I don't think she's ever finished one - just likes taking the classes.

Hope your surgery (you're having one?) goes well. Really enjoyed chatting with you too and can't wait to read your article! Thanks again!

Best,
JOY

LOVE this idea. I'm going to start saving their shirts immediately. Since I never save anything--they'll be so happily surprised! Please thank your mom for me.
