Early Symptoms

I was a month pregnant in this picture and I already felt so BIG. Like a stuffed red pepper.

When I put on the top, I couldn't believe my eyes. "Look! I have cleavage," I yelled to Ron (you may have to focus but I swear it's there). "Wow," he said, aiming for my chest. "No, no touchy! They hurt," I cried.

Note: I can't believe I'm blogging about my boobs.

Anyway, that was the first night I experienced morning sickness (evening sickness?). It stuck with me 24/7 until this past weekend when -- poof! -- it disappeared completely.

I freaked.
Out.
Big time.

What if no more morning sickenss meant I was losing the baby?

Never fear, the queasiness returned yesterday. And now I want it to go away again.

Despite the nausea, I still haven't barfed yet. My
Iron Stomach continues to reign.

I thought these things...calm down, don't stress, etc., etc., etc. Yeah, right...easier said than done.

But for your own sanity...try. You will feel so much better giving up the control that you think you have that you just donn't have.

Good. I was worried I might have ruined your barf anniversary with the picture of Todd's appendix!

Get used to all the strange bodily sensations and congratulations on that cleavage!

I never understood why I was so flat and my Mom was so busty until she told me, "These came when I had you..."

Here's to sexy cleavage, and a day when your husband can enjoy it without causing you pain :)

Ahh, the boobs. Enjoy them while they last. And prepare yourself to be shocked at how they grow even larger when the milk comes in. This will be a good lesson for Ron in "lookie but no touchie".

Go, Iron Stomach, go. I hope the morning sickness abates soon and your streak continues. I feel the same way about puking as you...

Yep, first thing to change forever are the boobs, and the other commentors are right, just wait until the milk comes in. You won't recognize yourself. You'll see bra sizes you thought were fictional! From the moment you become pregnant, those boobs belong to baby! Enjoy the journey!
